I’m a friendly and energetic girl from Estonia who lives in Brisbane. I came to Australia for a year to work and to explore this country. I’m looking for a job that will allow me to work hard, learn new skills, in addition to improve my English skills, and meet new interesting people. I grew up in the countryside, which means that I am no stranger to farm work. I have past experience while working in local farms with picking berries, fruits and vegetables in the spring, cherries and apples in the autumn. In my teen years I worked as a help in a local dairy farm and a turf bog with all those jobs requiring both strenght and persistence.
Sirli is a very good worker. She looks small, but she never gives up and finishes her tasks. She can do tasks alone, but she loves team work also too. She speaks very good English, so she always understands instructions and can explain to others.
Kristjan, Sirli and Sandra have been stick picking for me, it has been very hot and we have around 3000 acres to cover. They have just hooked in and chipped away at the job! They are great workers, very punctual, polite and hardworking. The language barrier is a small issue but they have done a superb job, start everyday on time and I would recommend them very highly.
