Background: Aohai Australia is a corporate company which operates a medium sized cattle and sheep breeding operation in the Central West region of NSW. Whilst we are a corporate style company, we only have a small team on farm and understand our most valuable asset is our employees. With this in mind we are looking to expand to three permanent roles on farm for the right employee as outlined below. Profile: Aohai Australia is looking for a candidate who has had extensive agricultural experience with particular interest in growing and grazing pastures with both cattle and sheep. The successful candidate must be willing and able to follow instructions without ego but also use initiative as your opinion will be called upon. Whilst not essential working dog experience is highly regarded and sought after for this role. Duties: You will be required to report daily to the general Manager about farm conditions and relevant jobs and tasks completed. These tasks will include constant monitoring of pastures and grazing crops to increase total grazable kgs annually. Moving of livestock throughout the farm and all other farm responsibilities such as operating heavy machinery and general maintenance of the property. Remuneration: The role does come with an attractive remuneration package which can be negotiated depending on the experience of the successful candidate, but this package will include a family home as well as other negotiated benefits.
