A rare opportunity exists for someone seeking training and career progression toward farm management. A Senior Station Hand (to transition in to Farm Manager) is sought for a property located in the South West Slopes/Central West of New South Wales. An outstanding, well improved mixed livestock property, this 8,000 acre holding normally runs 12,000 sheep including 1,500 crossbred ewes and 4,500 merino ewes, plus 300 cattle and farms approximately 250ha annually including pasture establishment. The person they are seeking needs to be: a person with strong experience, a self-motivator, who will be working in close consultation with the owner. They will be a loyal, hands on person who is capable of running the property as a business with budgets and performance targets. Salary package to be negotiated.
